Recovering - Regaining Strength.

I have been recovering from a serious illness and am finally healthy enough to exercise. I've been training once a week with a personal trainer for a couple months now (doctors orders) and i'm getting stronger and seeing improvement. But i can't find the motivation to exercise on my own. I know that i need to, that it will make me feel better, but i'm lacking enthusiasm.
