Working Hard

I am working hard to loose the weight.  I have been nearly 200 lbs. (I am 5'2") for about 10 years.  That is not good.  Five years ago I lost a lot of weight, but then life happened and I gained it all back plus some.  I hate to exercise and that is a HUGE part of my problem.  Recently I have gone down an entire dress size and almost to my goal size for summer.  Even though I feel great about my accomplishments so far, I am in the "dumpy" stage where you can tell I lost weight, but not enough to be "cute" or "date-able".  I want to get a new hairdo too, so I don't have to just put it up and further the dumpy look.  I'm impatient I suppose to have the results.

I bought the book with cd by Paul McKenna called "I Can Make You Thin". I read the book twice & I listen to the cd almost every night. I've lost 55 lbs. I'm not saying it will work for everybody, but it's been like magic for me.
