I Need To Lose WeightOK I need to lose 7lbs in about a month... At least by the time I go on holiday in 8 weeks time, is this doable? I'm not obese or whatever just slightly overweight... So any support I get is much appreciated.
I'm trying to eat healthily, but it's kind of hard living at home when my parents both insist I don't need to lose weight... I'm going to start going on the wii fit, but rather than doing an hour a day I plan on splitting it up into 20 minute segments, combined with a 20 minute brisk walk every other day or so.
Will this kind of thing work and help me lose weight, I also need some healthy but easy recipes to cook, oh I am 21 as well. ^^
