I Have 368 Days To Get In Shape Before My Wedding
I am the fíance of Jay Young. He is a mp in the army. He deploys in 11 days. So, while he's gone for 9 months. I know he'll lose weight and probably get buff. He seems to lose weight very easily. We just had our engagement photos done and I was not happy with the way I looked. I felt very large in the pictures. I'm 5'11 and about 200 lbs. Luckily, my tall frame keeps me from looking obese. But I need help. I have 368 days. And I figure ill have more time on my hands since hes gone so is really like to get in shape. Is like to lose 40-50 pounds. I'm not exactly sure how many pounds ill have to lose before I feel like I look good. So that may be too many for my frame but I remember weighing 150 and I felt good about myself. So that's what I'm shooting for. I need ideas. I love cheeseburgers and Mexican food. I'm always on the run back and forth between home and work and visiting my sister and my parents. Im not big on vegetables unless i have ranch dressing, unfortunately. And my biggest weakness, chocolate milkshakes. I dont wanna take any weight loss pills or diet pills. Im only 21 and I don't feel like thatd be a healthy choice. I need help with this. I thought about joining the gym by my house. I'm gonna have to slowly eliminate my cokes and dr peppers. I get really bad migranes and not having cokes enhance this a lot. I know this will be hard but I need encouragement. My fiánce will do his best from overseas to encourage me. My mom said she's going to do this workout thing with me but she brings me down and she always quits. Shes already making excuses why she cant go to the gym and we haven't even joined yet. lol please help me!
