I Need Help To Start

Hi I am a 15 boy and 5 foot 8 inches tall and 259 pounds i need help to lose the weight because the only thing that has been working for me is to almost starve myself and only eat maybe a couple crackers to lose the weight and water or milk. That is how I've gone from 270lbs to 259lbs but it will probably backfire like all my other attempts and then gaining the weight i lost and then some. i need a secure plan that can work with a busy schedule. The activities that i am in is Marching Band (Trumpet), Bowling (Right, and two handed), Show Choir (Tenor), baseball (everything but catcher), Musical (tenor), lights/stage crew for my schools production (spot light and board), and spinning rifle on the side.
I am also very busy with homework and stay up late like 11:00 mid-night most nights. Lately I've been trying to go to bed at 9:30 - 10:30 so i can wake a 5:30 to get ready for school. and i am getting my temps. in 3 days and will be driving a lot and trying to stay away from fast food joints they are everywhere where I live.

I was big my whole life then after having my son last year, I decided I needed to lose weight. I started a program that has really been a life changer for me. You eat 6 small meals a day, you learn portion control, you learn what veggies (yes veggies) you should avoid to keep your carb intake at a minimum. The key here is that you learn all the habits that are necessary to keep the weight off once you reach your goal. I'm down 60lbs since I started over 4 months ago. Don't put so much pressure on yourself, it sounds like you are pretty busy. One thing that really helps me is walking, is it possible to walk to these places or at least try and fit in an hour of exercise? And eating little is going to make you put on weight the minute you eat normally as you body comes out of 'starvation mode' and turns stuff you eat into fat to restore energy needed to keep your body running, did you know your body uses a lot of energy just to keep you breathing/circulating blood/digesting etc, so if you aren't eating much, your body won't thank you for it, eat regularly, avoid sugary/salty snacks.
