I was always heavy growing up. I lost 40 pounds in high school and felt great. Then, I entered a bad relationship and started gaining weight. I no longer cared about the food i put in my body, nor exercise. Now, Im married to a great man, but still have the same bad habits that I formed from that bad relationship. I'm not fat, according to others, but i feel so blah. I would like to lose 20 lbs and fit back into my size 4's...and even if not that, I really want to feel healthy and be fit. I think the only thing stopping me...is me!
