I Need to Lose Weight, But In a Way That Annoys.Annoying fact: I've always been a skinny person.
Less annoying fact: However, after neglecting to move beyond what was required at work for a couple of years, and eating a diet of junk food, I found myself confounded to discover that I was now fat.
Less annoying fact: Despite being an ex-skinny person, I discovered that losing fat is really hard!
Annoying fact: After nearly three months of concerted effort, eating properly and a heck of a lot of exercising, I'm finally back within a healthy bodyfat% range.
Most annoying fact: Now that I'm back to healthy, I see no reason to stop there. Whilst I'm still losing fat, why not get it down to a much better level of bodyfat? :D
