Program That Helped Me Was Thin Within
You just journal what you eat everyday. Our stomachs have a fuel gauge in them just like the dashboard on a car. If you become body aware, you can feel this gauge click when you've had enough to eat. Our stomachs are about the size of our fist, so eating more of anything than that size is putting too much in there. I like pretending I'm on what I call "The bariatric surgery diet" - I have 3 spoons full of whatever and that's it until I feel a bit hungry again. I have lost 40 pounds in this manner and do not feel deprived. I find I'm a carbohydrate addict so try to limit the carbs. Also another thing - the more color in the food you eat - the better it is for you so that leaves out most carbs. Another thing - we are composed of mostly water - I forget the exact percentage - like 75%. So to keep our bodies thin we need to eat things that have a lot of water content.
