Well, eating that little in a week slows your metabolism. So when you have a real meal, you're going to gain weight because your metabolism slows when your intake is miniscule. You don't need to starve yourself to be skinny. I bet you look fine, just the way you are. (:

I don't , I'm never hungry really but I know I need to eat something, but I just feel bad everytime I eat

Don't feel bad. Eating is natural. The only thing you should feel bad ahout is eating McDonald's everyday or something. Fruit and veggies are super healthy. (:

This is very true. U might want to stick with foods that are lower in calories: salads, fruits. And exercising to look and feel great. Only eating an apple for 1 week is not healthy, it's not realistic way to loose weight; your body will look for ways to feed itself and it will start eating away your muscles and protein stores in your body. Better to feed your body. :) enjoy the things in life your body has given u, go workout if u don't like the way something looks. Pinterest has lots of workout ideas and pics of women who workout and the results they get :). Cheers.
