I was never skinny. In high school was chunky although looking those pictures now I didn’t look as overweight as I thought I was. After high school I lost weight I even got down to my ideal weight, of course then I get pregnant. (I never had regular cycles except that time I lost that weight.)
My weight just crept up over the years. A few years ago my weight started really adding on, I’m not sure why, maybe the sleep apnea, or the anxiety meds, or age but it’s just ridicules now. Probably all of those things and a job sitting at a computer all day does not help.
I’m 5’5” and I weight around 250lbs. My knees ache and I can barely load the dishwasher without a back spasm. I tried walking but then my foot started to hurt.
I don't eat that poorly, mainly because I can't really afford junk food. I drink lots of water. I gave up soda a few years ago, replacing it with water and I didn't lose any weight at all.
I want to lose between 80 and 100lbs.
