I said to myself "never again" and here I am, gaining weight once again.

I knew laxatives would be a quick fix, so it's no suprise.

But I can't and won't let it happen, being fat doesn't make me happy...

What are you doing to lose weight? If you starve yourself your body will actually go into survival mode and hold ON to fat. The only way is steady diet and excercise that will keep it off! Its hard I know... I love to eat greasy fat tasty food lol... But I like to be in shape. Its a tough balance! I have changed my eating habits a lot though and it is quite easy if you are determind!
