Sprint Crappy Internet

I signed up 1 and 1/2 years ago for a Sprint MiFi to provide internet to my home and in all the time since have been fighting to keep this little crappy thing working. I'm dropped all the time and I do work and school from home. Its killing me. I've called and called to troubleshoot and even received a new device, but nothing makes the service better for long. I get temporary bumps in performance right after i call, when they put me in priority status...but that doesn't last long... the crappy dropped, slow service is back.

So finally i told them i'm done. They said they won't waive the cancellation fee and won't i please sign up for another line? So why would i sign up for another phone line when i need internet and this would also extend my contract? What do they think i am dumb? When i told them this they got very snarfy on the phone and said there is no way they would waive my cancellation free. Even when i explain it was due to their non performance. I called back two time so i could talk to a different person and the second one was more rude than the first and that really saying something.

I went through 1 and 1/2 years of terrible crappy service that never adaquetly performed and they didn't care, they breached the contract and I have to pay. I HATE SPRINT. NEVER SIGN UP FOR SPRINT!

NEVER SIGN UP FOR SPRINT! YOU WILL REGRET IT! I know I do.
