I Occupy Experience Project
I'm protesting EP. Too many bullies and too much drama going on here. I'm forming a group called "Occupy Experience Project".
I'm going to walk the halls of EP in protest of cyber-bullying, cyber attacks, cyber fakes and duplicating of profiles because morons decide to join EP to start trouble.
I joined this site many years ago and never had a bad experience with any member here. I argued and fought with some, but in a constructive and productive way. I don't even think I used a cuss word since last year, if memory serves me right. This place is "home" to alot of people and I'm not going to stand around and let good members get harassed by morons and abusers.
I know many of you have told me "Bob, EP isn't doing anything.." Well guess what? The more people that join this group and come together in peace, the stronger our voices will be. If "User98765" is attacking a member...then we all take it as a slight against us as a whole. We all click and flag the morons that do it.
I'm not going to single anyone out, but I have heard too many stories of people getting abused here and I'm sick of it. There are more of us then them. We can stick together and keep this place a wonderful outlet for what we decide.
I occupy Experience project because this place is my home. I protest the morons that are dragging this place in the mud. Support your circle. Ask questions and care that they are being bullied. If everyone stuck together and addressed the problem as a whole, it would speak volumes.
I'm not trying to change the world...or even EP. If you want to do "your thing", that's fine by me. I've just noticed alot of fakes and spam here and I'm angry at the world as it is right now and I need a project. I have enough going on in my real life and I expect this place to be a safe haven for me o vent and talk about the things that make me tick..talk about the things that make me happy and sad without some jerk attacking me.
It's time to take a stand for what we hold sacred, our written word. There are too many good writers here and I've gotten too many goodbye PMs giving me email addresses. Why? Because those voices are not heard. EP doesn't do anything. Well maybe if we had a better support system within our circle, we could get more done. Agreed?
I don't promote or tell people to promote what I write...but now, this story...I want you too. I will feature this story and give the members of EP the chance to band together against the bad here. I want you to tell people to read this story. I want you to PM each other and talk about ideas. Get together and don't take crap from bullys. Get ahold of me, get ahold of your top ten circle members to mass flag a disgusting comment, whiteboard message or PM. Stick together and watch each others back. I believed in this place years ago. Let's make believers of us all.
