Sometimes I Know. . .

I have four cats, I almost always know what Bentley is thinking but then again, we share a connection and I know he knows what I am thinking. If you've ever met your soul kitty, you understand, if not, I hope you find yours eventually.

I wonder a lot what the others are thinking though. Nemo has a habit of staring at nothing and he always looks like he is thinking really hard. He's probably contemplating the best time to make me get up to feed him or rub his belly. It seems he is a pro at picking the worst times he possibly can to demand these activities. . . Being the good kitty slave, I of course usually obey him.

Mercury, well that's another story, he's the crazy cat, I'm pretty sure he's always got catnip on the brain, lol. I usually see him stalking around the house, trying to determine who to pounce on next! He likes to talk to me a lot too. We have full conversations and when I tell him about my day, he always has to get his two cents in!

My calico, now that's the one I really want to know about. Trinity is my only female and she has plenty of that calico "I'm better then you" attitude. She probably spends much of her day thinking about how she can make me serve her when I get home. She is very demanding when she wants something, but I often wonder what is going on in that head of hers when she is just quietly sitting on her cat tree. . . . on second thought, maybe I don't want to know.

No matter what they are thinking, my kitties are the best and I don't know what I would do without them.

Very nice story. I have a cat, 3 dogs, and fish. I think that they all have a way of letting us know what they want and what they are thinking. Animals are very special and have a very special way of making us feel special and loved.
