It Seems A Bit Silly To Me
I am lucky enough to find it hard to but on any weight at all. But I see people going crazy on diets and the like and I really feel sorry for them. Because the majority of people go about it all wrong. A balanced diet (including plenty of fruit and veg) and a bit of excersise daily is the quickest and easiest way to lose weight (and science will back this up too). Weight lose is all about regulating your metabolism with the right vitamins and minerals, giving your body enough energy to function at the proper level, while burning fat through exercise. I don't think its as hard as people make it out to be, you just need to be dedicated at going through the steps the RIGHT way.
