You may or may not believe in it...but I went to a natural healer. She ran a bunch of test that MDs don't run. I found out that I have an iodine deficiency as well as heavy metal toxicity. I'm now taking supplements to battle this. Along with this, I have changed my diet to eliminate certain food which may have contributed to the toxicity.

Essentially, I got so tired of psychiatrists, pills, therapists. I have been working with my healer for about a month and feel like I'm 21 again. Yes, there are moments, hours, days where the depression comes back. However, it's not nearly as bad as it used to be. I can manage it.
