I Overcame Depression
There I was, sitting on the couch. It was a beautiful day, there was no real reason to be upset. Life was good, at the moment, but I sat there feeling so bad that I wanting to be dead.
The doctor offered me pills and told me that my serotonin was down from a resent trauma (career end, breakup w/ girlfriend). Getting depressed depleted the serotonin and the depleted serotonin further depressed me, in a downward spiral that I couldn't climb out of. The feelings of depression were terrifying.

I made it to various kinds of energy circles every three days after that for relief and a notion of stability. With some goals and cognitive work it went away, in time. Continued deeksha over the last four years has me better than ever. I'm wonderful. We are energetic beings. I'm doing a thesis project on this, now. It can't hurt to try.
