My Father

He's the one who taught me how to play. I think I started learning around age 8, and after a while I became a pretty powerful player. I used to participate in Chess tournaments in Public school, so I've learned the ins and outs of strategy through practice. I love to play offensively; if you can get an attack in early enough, and with enough strategy, your opponent will be left in a defensive position all game, unable to retaliate. Now, I won't say I'm the best in my family' I'm about on equal footing with my father and uncle. My niece and nephew have learned how to play, but they're not much for strategy yet, and so to play me they usually get help from said uncle. Good games nonetheless. Chess is very much a thinking man's game; what's why I love it.
