o k this is how i got started, i was a guest speaker in a middle school about my job as a cheerleader for some meture bmx sponsered bikers and i had the bikers with me and everything. and there was literally 8954 kids in the audience i know cuz they had counted because they handed them tickets with nubrs on them. the thing was though i hadnt pooped in at least 6 days i cant remember the exact amount but it was alot more than 6 maybe around 2 weeks and i held off that long because of something my doctor gave me to help me hold it for a long time so it all just came out a once for like the whole months worth of an average person going to poop but  the thing is i started to feel the horrible pressure build up and i thought i could hold it but when i got up on stage i was staggering and sweating and stammering and everone was giving me odd looks because i was bentover holding my tummy but then itried to hurry it up but before i got halfway through i held it in as long as my body would let me. i didnt even push or release it on purpose to relieve myself my body automatically knew it had to realease it so it open my sphicter and i had a bowl movement in my pants right there in front of the whole school and most of it was gooey so as soon as i realeased it showed on the back of my pants a huge brown stain and the front. i litteraly loded up my pantie with 14 days worth of the average person pooping so it was protruding over 14" when i was done and i ran out absolutly in tears and i never went back but then i realised how good it felt and how naughty i was so i knew i loved it but my panties were literally filled to the max. then i taped all opening shut so no poop could escape and ore them for 3 days just pooping and peeing in my already decimated pants and by the time i took em off my perfeclty spotless whit jeans were completly brown i just loved the feeling of the poo going up my butt and vagina and how it swirls around when i sit on it. so often i take like 8  x-lax packets when i go in public and unload right in front of every one after ive drawn attention to myself. pease leave comments on what u think and if u like my stories cuz i  got a lot more but i wont write em if u dont ask me too
