Bikram Yoga has revitalized my body and mind and, perhaps, saved my life.  An average of 3 classes a week over the past two years is beginning to overcome decades of slow, continuous and mindless abuse of my body.  It wasn’t my objective, but I have lost 20 pounds & 2+ inches in the waist.  I practice as I travel and have taken class in Europe, SE Asia and in a half-dozen states.  And at most every studio I’ve visited, I’ve made new lasting relationships with staff and fellow students.
