I've been doing the primary series for about a month and I love it!

I practice Ashtanga, series 1 as well, but I'm not sure I'll advance to the higher series at my age, but we'll see...been at it for about a year. It has improved my posture, balance, strength, flexibility, focus, decreased anxiety, & body confidence.😊

That sounds amazing! I have definitely gotten more flexible and it makes my life more peaceful.

Who knows maybe you can do the 2nd series! :) :)
