Hiya Pam ! :) mm .. i do try .. sumtimes i do slip tho .. obv .. but frum practicing and knowing what its like or feels like to b positive more often of the time , its quite easy to summun up the feeling and that in turn brings the realness of it back :)
its quite cool .. coz i havent been super miserable like i used to be wen i was much younger , for ages .. and or atleast hav always been able to sumhow sluggishly pull myself thru to focussing on sumthing other than wats bringing me down so so so much :)
