I Hate Working With a Group.

I am much more productive when working alone. I can finish a task all by myself without the need to have group meetings or such. I feel very uncomfortable when working in a team that's why I have a hard time cooperating with others. It is not easy for me to do things as told by group leaders or similar people. I have ideas of my own and I prefer implementing them by myself because I also have a hard time explaining to other people about my ideas.

i'm there with you i hate it too

Working alone produces results faster. Spending time explaining ideas in meetings just dilutes the message. At the risk of sounding condescending, great ideas never come from committees. Individuals have insights, committees have meetings.

Uhmm are you talking about other members of the group who do not know what they are doing or are less efficient? For me, I work better when I am alone than compared to working with a group because I can think more and better by myself than share my ideas/thoughts/insights/etc to other members.

More often than not working in a group situation there are people who do not know what they are doing and cause under performance.
