I Push People Away Even When I Dont Want to

My partner has recently passed away and before him my I lost my eldest daughter to cancer, people keep on bringing them up and trying to get me to talk but I just don't want to! I know they are being kind but I am not ready to discuss it! I miss my little angel and I miss my Aleksei! I don't mean to be rude to people but I feel like I have to push them away so they wont bring up painful memories!

I WILL TALK WHEN I AM GOOD AND READY!

People just dont understand that everyone heals at a diffrent rate. Just take your time and do things your way

  You would think that right? But they say I need to express how I feel, that's when I start to get angry as I know they don't understand the pain of slowly watching your daughter fade away...
