If we don't exist in the physical reality, do we actually exist? Our bodies are here but the part that makes you you is only on your mind and I read that we only talk for a total of 11 minutes everyday so are we just blips throughout the day showing our existence in tiny pieces.

Is there any physical reality at all? The only way you know you have a body is because your mind is aware of it. Everything you know about physical reality... exists only as an idea in your own mind. And things that affect your body certainly affect your mind - you feel pain, interpersonal emotions, your ideas become your actions which effect and change things in the world. So can it really be said that we're really our minds but not physically there? Or is the mind more like the "software", which can perceive and learn about it's body - it's "hardware"?
