I
didn't start drinking until I was 38. I then got drunk once, for nine years. I've now been sober for two years. Everyone of us that have chosen sobriety have the right to be very proud! My hats off to each and everyone of you.

 | Posted Nov 14th, 2009 at 10:32PM You should be so proud:) I joined this sight just today. I began drinking at the age of 17. I have never stopped. I'm too young to continue on this way. I only quit 3 days ago. I didn't need it every day. just 3-4 days a week and it was always way more than my body could handle. I feel bad I did that to my body. What made you stop if you don't mind me asking? I can see I have a long road ahead of me. |
