    1) Drink lots of water! It will make you feel better and refreshed and help distract you.

    2) Work out! It creates good chemicals in your brain that make you happy....it's euphoria (I think that's how you spell it.) I've been going to the gym for 2 hours a day to get out my anger and stress.

    3) If you can't work out spend time outdoors. The air will help you feel better and distract you.

    4) Look at super depressing videos on Youtube.com about smokers. My and my Fiance did that and I wanted to throw up after I saw a video about how much tar is on your lungs after a year of smoking a pack a day.

    5) Think of all the things you can buy with the money you're saving!

    6) Eat a lollipop. It helps to hold something in your hand because I am addicted physically to holding a cigarette. Or I hold a pen a lot too.

    7) When other people smoke around you (it happens to me on a daily basis) just know that you are stronger than them and you have self control!

You can do it! I promise!

I quit with an e-cigarette. It's been great so far. Three weeks without even craving a real one.
