10 Days, 21 Hours, And 45 Minute Update
I can't believe I actually made it ten days! It's definitely been getting easier. There are some moments where I'm ready to break down and just go for it, but I let the craving pass. The biggest thing that's been helping is this app that I have on my phone that tells me how long it's been, how many cigarettes I haven't smoked, and how much money I've saved. Every time I think about smoking I look at that app and decide that I don't want to have to start over again so it's better to just not smoke. I can't say that I won't ever slip up. I can't tell you that tomorrow or next week I won't smoke. All I can say is that I woke up this morning and said "I'm not going to smoke today" and I'll wake up tomorrow and say the same thing and hopefully stick to it. I'm just going to take it day by day.
