For Exactly One Month

I have smoked every since I was 14 (too young I know). I am now 28. I have wanted to quit for awhile but I was afraid that I would not be able to do it and then feel defeated and beat myself up for it. Anyways a little over a month ago I heard about this new drug that just came out Chantix, and it was not an antidepressant!! I decided to try it and have been smoke free for exactly one month. I am so excited. I still want one out of habit...but it goes away and I have a lot of support. I have even went out for girls night twice and drank and did not even want a cigarette (and all of my girlfriends smoke!!). I hope that it keeps getting easier and I stay completely quit because it really is a nasty habit.

Wel done, keep it up! I have been free for nearly two months now, cold turkey.
