How I QuitI stopped smoking by hitting myself in the wrist with a rubber band.. I am not fully sure how it worked but it did and i stopped that way.. But by stopping i developed a worse habit of self injury.. I know that is a serious thing and you shouldn't train your mind to do that.. but that is what i did..
When you smoke you are slowly filling your lungs with smoke and killing yourself.. But self harm is different.. and im not going to get into it because this is about smoking... not self harm.. But the point is.. I stopped smoking.. so i think anyone can.. I had to get someone to buy them for me because i was not old enough to do it myself..
I just think that if you believe in something hard enough then you can make it happen.. Thanks for reading
