Too Much Stress

Sorry to say that yesterday after storming out of my office i went shaking into the nearest gas station and bought a pack. I smoked one and it helped me to calm down. I had a yelling match with a coworker and after the high stressed weeks i have been having at work i just could not handle it. I know this job will be the death of me. I am already wheezing after just the one cig. After about 4 months without smoking i have to start all over again. Now day one.
