Stopping and Starting

I've been smoke free for a week yesterday and I had a cigarette this morning.  I feel like an absolute loser.  I had been fine for about 4 days and then I started craving really badly again.

I started off using Champix/Chantix and they made me really really tired and depressed so I had to stop using them but then I started using the Allen Carr "How to stop smoking" thing and it's excellent - the best I've ever used so I recommend it to anyone who ever wants to stop even if I broke his rules and screwed up.

I know all the reasons I shouldn't smoke, nor do I even want to smoke ever ever again.  It's my brain that's the problem.

Now I have to start all over again! So annoyed with myself!

Can you tell me more about Allen Carr's book... Possibly give me a little hint behind what it says in there? I am at the point where I am willing to try anything to quit.

It's never too late! Just wipe the slate clean and start all over again :-)
