74 Days

Today marks 74 days since I quite smoking...and they have been the hardest 74 days of my life.   I tried the patch initially, but it gave me nightmares so I stopped the patch and have been without help since.  I think my major problem is that my girlfriend (who lives with me) is also quitting.  We have both been at eachothers throats since the day we quit....we try to give eachother space since we know we are both on edge, but it seems like we are constantly fighting......what should i do!?!

THIS IS WHAT HELPED ME WHEN I QUIT FOR THREE YEARS, WRIGLEY'S DOUBLEMINT GUM, PICK UP TWO SLIM PACKS, ONE FOR YOU AND ONE FOR YOUR GIRLFRIEND, IT WILL GET BETTER, ONE OTHER THING I DID THAT WAS VERY EFECTIVE HALLS MENTHOLIPTUS,<br />
WHEN I FELT I WAS GOING TO SMOKE I'D GRAB A HALLS.

Keep on doing what you're doing, and yeah, give each other space when needed. You're both going to be so proud of yourselves and each other -- you'll save a lot of money, you and your loved ones will be healthier, and it's a win/win situation! You go, girls!

Just keep quitting, both of you ... you'll lose the edginess ...
