How I Quit Smoking!

I quit smoking 2 years ago by a Reiki Master asking me to give 3 things up if I possibly could for 30 days. One was smoking, second was not eating red meat and the third was not drinking alcohol. I did all three of these and because of I had gotten that far (the whole 30 days), I decided I might as well just keep going on not smoking since so many people throughout the U.S. are making it difficult for all the people that smoke anyway. It was really easier than I had thought and I had smoked for over 30 years. Another way in doing it is drinking water every time you need that cigarette or craving.
