The Hardest Thing I Have Had To Quit Is Cigarettes

I have been smober for two years and three months. This has been quite an accomplishment for me because I liked smoking. I have tried to quit several times before then but if it one thing I found out its that you can not quit smoking until you make up your mind that you really want to quit.' It takes an incredible amount of will power and prayer, There are times that I still want a cigarette but it passes. What a fool I would be to give into that now after coming this far.

Wow...that's quite an accomplishment.I hope to do the same one day and may it be sooner than later.

As you all know, it's extremely difficult to quit and stay quit. I quit twice, before I made it.
Now I'm sooooooooo thankful I did.
I loved smoking, but it didn't love me. I am 56 years old and last September, after smoking for over 30 years, at least a pack a day, I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and they had to even shock my heart to stop it from fibrilating. So very scary !!
I hope you'll all try again to quit and that you'll not ever end up like I have.
God Bless You All,
