Video Of My First 5k

I started 2 years ago barely being able to run a quarter mile. But I kept moving everyday - even if I only ran for 3 minutes a day. The constant movement each day created the momentum that eventually took me to my first race.

I preach to people all the time to make movement EVERY DAY (movement in body, thoughts, emotions) - no matter how small- in the direction they want to go in, and eventually the momentum will propel them to where they want to be.

Now I can say I practice what I preach - and I have the video to prove it! :-)
