I tend to cry easily when it comes to reading, I was moved easily by books and films. Crying makes me feel better, I have read some research that some brain chemical will work and crying will clear my head. When I get stressed and a bit depressed, I will watch film to cry. Afterward is the joyce of life.

You are true. People think they do good by stopping someone from crying. Forcible stopping to cry may be dangerous also (i think so). I beleive, when someone sad, make him to cry fully and shed tears. That would really help him/her to feel lighter.
