I have a few self help books which have helped to be hugely helpful.

My favourite one's have to be;

The Happiness Trap by Russ Harris based on Act(Acceptance Commitment Therapy) a mindfulness therapy that is very proactive that involves realistic problem solving, rationalising things and some very good tips, My therapist actually recommended this book to me.



Another one is called 'Not another self help book' by Dr David Fong based on CBT methods and realistic positive thinking. Very easy to read and follow.

 No psychological jargon.
