Exodus 20:2-6

I am the Lord, your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery. You shall not have other gods ahead of me. You shall not make for yourself an idol or a likeness of anything in the heavens above or on the earth below or in the waters beneath the earth; you shall not bow down before them or serve them. For I, the Lord, your God, am a jealous God, inflicting punishment for their ancestors' wickedness on the children of those who hate me, down to the third and fourth generation; but showing love down to the thousandth generation of those who love me and keep my commandments.

How do you reconcile eternal hell with the loving nature of god for those who have never heard or who have heard wrong things about god or Jesus. ?

What do you do about the contradictions?

Do you understand everything in the bible?

First of all, I am not going to claim to be a Bible expert, because I am not. I will tell you what I do believe is true
The Bible is the inspired Word of God, penned by humans with not much more understanding than what I have.

I know I was given faith, that through that faith, and what Jesus did, I will be saved. I cannot speak on behalf of anyone else.

What about the fact that humans are imperfect and can make mistakes, even if they are inspired by the Holy Spirit?

Man was made imperfect, so we can see God's perfection.

That doesn't really answer my question but I do think I know the answer to my question it is that the Holy Spirit is our teacher and he leads us into all truth and if we pray before we read the Bible he guides us into what he wants us to learn
