Getting Back Into It

Way back when, I was a voracious reader. Then I got married and had children. My personal reading habits fell to the wayside. As my children have grown, I'm slowly finding my way back into the joy of reading. The best part is having new technology at my fingertips. Instead of hundreds of paperbacks/hardbacks (though I still own a few), I'm finding my Kindle to be the best resource when it comes to reading. I'm hoping to eventually get back to my 1-2 hours of reading each day (though, as a teen, I recall it being a lot more).

I know what you mean. Back when I was single, I read every night before I went to bed. That was the norm for me. Now, I'm a wife and mother. I couldn't tell you the last time I read a book. Probably over 10 years seeing that my child will be 10 next week. I guess I have switched and now write instead of read. Mostly just short stories. Maybe I just got lazy, I dunno. Funny how people change.
