It slows you down. The more time you spend mourning the death of someone, the less time you have to live your life. I know what it's like to lose people, but you can't stay on it. As my mom always says "Throw the flowers to those that can smell them, not to those who can't." I abide by those words. To me they mean instead of throwing flowers on a coffin or a grave, give them to someone living, something for them to look forward to. Something to live for. I understand that the people are dead, but waiting around them won't bring them back. Don't waste your time on the dead and past, spend your time with living future. A quote I came up with.
