Horseradish Cheese .. Two Good Things Made Better Just By Being Together

I don't know how long it's been around, but it is slowly becoming my family's "go to" cheese second only to pepper cheese. I eat it as chunks, on sandwiches, crumbled into soup ( you get the idea).

Yes I like horserdish, though I have never tried it plain only as sauce and now as cheese. I like the way it tastes so unique and how it seems to clear up even the worst of sinus issues.
