Because...

...I'm short. I needed the extra dimension up there.

...I can not walk on slush without those splashes coming up my jeans or legs. The extra height eliminates these splash drops.

...I find my walk more ladylike. Yeah...because I move quick most of the time, I forget how a lady should walk.

...they look great on jeans...on dress pants...on dresses and skirts...and shorts... Cool.

...I am just a hippie-chick.

Hey... high heels are dangerous weapons... be careful what you write here... you're giving me ideas again for weaponry... *stuffs high heels with the other weapons*...

Well... the crazy 70's transcended way over to the next era... I remember nursing my calves after wearing them... and always putting my legs up whenever I can.......... but in the end, I learned how to walk the walk... *winks*...

Though it may not be what the nuns were aiming for........ haha...

*Sylph high-fives Michelle*........ did you go in a nuns-school, too? Or was it just part of the school's crazy whims?

LMAO!...... "air is rare up there".......... I hear ya, Michelle... I know exactly what you mean!

Aaahh... let me enlighten you, Rog...

The ones you are referring to are the stilettos... every lady should own a pair... black... can never go wrong... and yes, they can be deadly... not just for the wearer; but for the one who gets hit by the heels!

The walk is the key... *winks*

Back in my HS senior days... many, many moons ago... we were required to wear heels one day in a week......... Those nuns really know how to torture!......... but it paid off later on in life.........

I feel taller, for sure... LOL... but don't look at the logo, Rog... I just like wedged heels... about one to one and half inch higher than regular ones... I don't even own platform shoes.

LOL, LV... sure you can. You just need to get used to wearing them.

*Sylph tugs at LV's feet helping her put on tall wedged shoes*

I like them too, but I can't walk with them.

LOL! It takes a matter of getting used to them. My legs and feet started liking and loving them as the years progressed. Now I can not wear flat ones because my soles feel the pavement and they hurt!

I prefer platform shoes...you know, those wedged heels for everyday wear..not too high either...and not so much on stilettos. Stilettos are saved for something else. *Sylph gives a big wink to Super-D* ;)
