Get Out, Devil!

I have a devil in my head.

His name is self-doubt.

He was let in by my father and various others.

I hear his constant negative commentary on everything I do

everything I think.

Telling me I can't succeed.

Telling me I'm not good enough.

Telling me I can't be loved.

Telling me I'm not worth it.

Telling me I can't love.

Now I want you out. You ********* ********.

I'll stab you in the neck, you ******** *******!

See? I'm writing positive stories now. I need to be positive to beat self-doubt.

there is a subliminal cd by Louise L. Hay, i think it works. I started just playing #3 each morning as I got my son and I ready for work and school. Within a month I felt that pressure of others/self "accusations" as you call them--lifting and freeing me up a little. Those thoughts can really fill up your mind, they're very dense and hard to clear up if we've been exposing ourselves to them for too long. Good luck, and don't give up. You CAN be happy. (I have some other solutions too if you're interested.)
