Contentment

When I was 8 I was left alone at home for the first time. I had about 20 minutes and went directly to my mothers room and opened her clothes hamper. In it were only the clothes she had worn earlier that day: beige nylon panties, cut off Jean shorts, and a striped knit tank top. I was slightly chubby and found they fit pretty well. I added a pair of sandals and checked myself in the mirror. I didn't know the word at the time, but now I know what I felt at that moment. Complete contentment
