The dentist places a tab on the gum line. The surface looses it's feeling. Quickly the needle enters the gum with anesthetic. We wait 15 minutes. A forceps surrounds the tooth. Pressure is exerted and the sound of enamel cracking is heard. A pulling effect starts with minute rotation of the dentists hand. The arc increases as the tooth looses it's hold in the bone. A small pop is heard as separation from the bone is complete. A final "slurp" occurs as the tooth passes out of the gum. Repeat up to 28 times and you're edentulous forever!
