Closed your eyes, take two to three deep cleasning breaths. Now in your heart and soul, make this statment.

"I release this pain unto the world and let god take care of it."

" I forgive myself, I am one with god and he is in charge!"

Take a deep breath and walk into the light of forgivness.

    Be Good to you.

FORGIVENESS IS AN ILLUSION.. NEGETIVE FEELINGS ARE ALWAYS SELF INFLICTED SHAKE OFF THE OLD AND FLY SOAR IN YOUR OWN SELF AWARENESS.... YOU ARE A GOOD PERSON.. YOU DESERVE GOOD THINGS.. AND GOOD THINGS COME NATURALLY.. PICK YOUR BATTLES IS ONLY A WISE SAYING UNTIL YOU RELIZED ITS YOURSELF THAT IS THE TOUGHEST BATTLE OF THEM ALL.. OVERCOME YOUR FEARS AND FLY.. SOAR INTO YOUR DREAMS..

I have to agree with Dorothy and Rogg along with the others that have echoed the same.

You have forgiven them and have asked for forgiveness from the person then the burden is on them not you for it.

Whether they for give you or not you are not to blame for the hurt to still be open cause you have offered and given forgiveness, don't hold yourself in error for them not being able to do the same.

You have a very Kind soul, and you would never intentionally hurt someone. You made amends, repented and realized like everyone else that you are just this...HUMAN! For whoever it was, should forgive you and move forward.

God loves all his children! I admire your honesty!

    Bless you. Hugs~ AC

It takes courage to admit one's mistakes and ask for forgiveness, FG. You have to start somewhere...

you admitted you made a mistake,

    you said you were sorry,

    you asked for forgiveness,

God has forgiven you I know cause that's all he asks.

If someone else dosen't forgive you that is their sin.

Dorothy is right. The burden is no longer yours.

BUT, whether you are forgiven by this person or not - you are sorry, you have repented, you have asked for forgiveness - the rest of it is their burden to carry or set down once and for all - and I agree with all1rog - you judge yourself too harshly!! (I ought to know - I have the same achilles heel!!)

We all make mistakes. From what I know of you, yours cannot be so very bad, compared with those meted out by most people. I think you judge yourself far too harshly.
