The Stray On My Porch.
She wasn't even a year old yet. It was november in Pennsylvania. I took a can of Tuna out to her and a dish of water. She was black except a little white spot under her chin. I lived in a trailor park so I just figured someone's pet was loose. She didn't act skiddish like most strays. I asked around and no one had ever seen her before. That was it I wanted to keep her. I looked at my husband and he looked at me and said Yes you can. I didn't even have to ask. I took her in and She was very gratefull. I would be watching t.v. and she would just cuddle up to my neck. I was in a recliner so it was quite nice. She and I became best friends. I loved her so much. I spoiled her every chance I got. Then my husband and I fell on some hard times. I had to give her to someone who would take good care of her. She ended up running out of thier house and coming back to me. It was hard cause I had to give her away again. I called her midnight. I still think about her and miss her very much.
