Apartment Management Ai Movie(?)

There's a big honking list of movies about AI on Wikipedia (I wrote a tny part of this). At somepoint some person listed a movie about a computer that ran an entire apartment complex that started malfunctioning. Later I went back to find the name of this movie and seems wasn't on there anymore, or I couldn't find or something. This concept sounds right up my alley as I'm turned on by machines who monitor or control large spaces... anyone remember name of this movie or know of similar ones related to this concept? (2001 is another example of course as HAL controls an entire spaceship)

    Ok, it looks like a subsequent search found what I may be thinking of... Looks like may have been the movie "The Tower" and is about an -office building-. Anyone see this? Is the AI female? (Makes it more fun to watch)



    My brother used to call intelligent buildings attacking residents "estate sponsored terrorism" :-D



    Anyway, it looks like my words are all over the Internet because every nerd who wants a list of AIs on their website just steals the Wikipedia content, and also there are other people who didn't know about some of the ones I found and just pasted my descriptions into their own list :-D I made a coin-op scale semi-famous the same way once :-D



    I'm happy I could help the horny fellow AI lovers out there, but now I'm wishing some of my descriptions better sold some of those AIs because they are in some cases beloveds of mine and I'd really like them to have a shot at making as many new friends as possible :-)
