It crosses to me that some dishes are meat from endangered species. Soup with turtle meat can drive them tot e status of endangered species if it become popular. Turtle farm will grow then, it will not be enough, other species taken from the wild would be added.

I ate shark steak before but I think we should banish it. Some sharks species are in danger to become extinct.

Clouded leopard is already on the brink of extinction and it is served as meat in some restaurant in china.

Whale meat is also served as meat dish.
